Elaborate seedheads made from assorted pearls, attached to silver cones with 18 carat gold wires. Hanging from inside are silver torpedoes gilded with a heavy layer of 24 carat gold using the ancient Korean technique of Keum Boo. I used 9 carat, rather than 18 carat gold, for the earring hooks because the colour is better suited to 24 carat gold.
