I think of this as a companion piece to Surf Brooch which is all about the sea and the waves. This is the shoreline, slightly crunchy to walk over, but soft at the same time, and there are always interesting things to look at and pick up. On the dunes , behind, there is marram grass, here represented by horsehair.
