These are companions to the surf brooch; the description is the same with the addition of hanging fronds of golden seaweed. I sit looking at the waves and from the crest, lace-like droplets leap upwards with the sun shining behind them and this is what I see rendered in diamonds and pearls. The gold in the centre is drilled out - sea eaten.
